More Sad news

After Bob Moog's passing, there is even more sad news from the world of avant-garde music this week

Luc Ferrari, one of Electronic music's founding fathers also passed away this week. Peter Kim at Create Digital Music has a great, short bio with links.

Also, I just found out this week that Koji Tano of MSBR passed away at the end of August. What Luc Ferrari was to Electronic music and Bob Moog was to Synthesizers, Koji was to Noise music.

The last 30 days have been the most tragic for music since the plane crash that killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper. Moog, Ferrari and Tano were all still active and producing good works and they will all be missed.
