Reaktor 5 


NI Announces Reaktor 5 at Music Messe and I'm tickled 

My NI Komplete turns out to be a great investment, because it means I'll be getting Reaktor 5 winging its way to me soon. Here is a link to coverage on Harmony-Central. Reaktor 4 is some of my favorite music software. 5 can be much cooler. There are some UI improvements, there is some usability improvements and there are a slew of new lower level components. My only concern is that as NI gets more powerful it won't become harder to create with. If Reaktor adds MIDI and video support, it may become a serious threat to Max/MSP/Jitter someday.
